License Agreement

Wisechain License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between , Wisechain located at 22 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON M5H 4E3, Canada, and the user ("Licensee") who accesses or uses Wisechain’s services, platforms, and intellectual property ("Licensed Materials"). By accessing, downloading, or using Wisechain services, the Licensee agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Wisechain hereby grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Licensed Materials solely for personal or authorized business purposes, subject to compliance with this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the Licensed Materials, including but not limited to software, trademarks, designs, and documentation, are owned or licensed by Wisechain. Licensee is granted no ownership rights and agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any Licensed Materials.

3. Usage Restrictions

Licensee agrees to the following:

• Not to engage in activities that could disrupt Wisechain’s systems, platforms, or services.
• Not to use Wisechain services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• To maintain the confidentiality of access credentials and notify Wisechain of any unauthorized access.

4. Termination

Wisechain reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any breach of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Licensed Materials and destroy any copies in their possession.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wisechain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Materials.
