INTRODUCTION – ABOUT US

Wisechain Ltd. (hereafter the “Company”) is a licensed service provider offering investment and ancillary services as defined in this Agreement. These services are delivered through Wisechain’s advanced electronic trading platforms accessible over the Internet (hereafter the “Trading Platforms”).
This document outlines the terms and conditions (hereafter the “Agreement”) governing your access to and use of Wisechain’s website and services. COMMUNICATION WITH US

We encourage our users to communicate with us via email, telephone, or other electronic methods. While the primary language of communication is English, Wisechain will endeavor to assist clients in additional languages whenever possible for convenience. All communication is subject to monitoring to ensure quality and compliance. By agreeing to this Agreement, you accept this practice.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Clients are encouraged to enable 2FA for account access. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code in addition to a password.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

The terms used in this Agreement have specific definitions to ensure clarity

  • Account: Your personal trading account at Wisechain.
  • Access Codes: Credentials (username and password) provided to you for accessing the Wisechain platform.
  • Agreement: These terms and conditions governing the use of Wisechain’s services.

PROVISION OF SERVICES

Wisechain provides investment and ancillary services in accordance with its license and applicable regulations. The Company operates on an execution-only basis and does not provide investment advice. All trading activities are the responsibility of the user, including the assessment of risks, strategies, and potential tax implications.

ACCOUNT OPENING REQUIREMENTS

To register for Wisechain services, you must provide personal or entity-identifying information. This is required for compliance with stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Clients are permitted to hold one account unless otherwise approved.

GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Wisechain’s services, you guarantee that:

  • Funds used for trading are legally obtained.
  • You act on your own behalf and not as a representative unless authorized.
  • You meet all legal and compliance requirements in your jurisdiction.

ELECTRONIC TRADING

Wisechain provides secure access to its trading platforms. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access occurs. The use of Wisechain’s platforms is governed by this Agreement and the applicable regulations.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Wisechain provides market data, financial information, and analysis for reference only. This content is not intended as investment advice, and Wisechain is not liable for inaccuracies or delays in this information.

ORDER EXECUTION POLICY

Orders placed on the Wisechain platform are subject to execution in accordance with our Best Execution Policy. Market conditions may result in slippage, where the executed price differs from the requested price. Wisechain strives to execute orders promptly and fairly.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing seven days' written notice. Wisechain reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of fraud, non-compliance, or legal violations.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Wisechain is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled in compliance with privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario. Wisechain reserves the right to amend these terms as required by legal or operational needs, with changes communicated to users through official channels.
